According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Management Measures for the Safety Review of New Food Raw Materials, naked algae, 1,6-diphosphate fructose trisodium salt, Danfeng peony flower, narrow baseline striped tea vegetable, long stalked almond oil, smooth skinned Kaempferol fruit oil, green willow leaves, and low molecular weight mannose are now approved as new food raw materials. The production and operation of the above-mentioned food shall comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. 对照阅读

On November 26, 2013, the National Health and Family Planning Commission issued Announcement No. 4 of 2013, officially approving the use of low molecular weight mannose derived from konjac flour as a new food ingredient.
The announcement provides a detailed introduction to the quality indicators and usage requirements of low molecular weight mannose derived from konjac flour (see attachment).
This announcement includes low molecular weight mannose in the new category of food raw materials, which marks a new progress in the development of China's konjac industry and points out a new direction for the development of konjac products in China.
