In the morning, the attendees arrived at Mingfu Konjac Technology Co., Ltd. located in Liukou Industrial Park, five kilometers north of Langao County, and attended the unveiling ceremony of Shaanxi Konjac Technology Innovation Alliance. Afterwards, I visited the production workshop of Mingfu Konjac Technology Co., Ltd. in Langao County to gain a detailed understanding of the production and processing process of konjac food. The meeting was chaired by Li Jun, Director of China (Ankang) Selenium Industry Research Institute and Ankang Selenium Product R&D Center. Firstly, the Langao konjac themed film was played. In the film, vivid and precise explanations, as well as visually impactful images, clearly, accurately, and intuitively introduce and showcase the development process and cultural connotations of the Langao konjac industry to the attendees.
